Terms & conditions:

1) By participating in the contest, you, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Competition Rules by BARARI OUTLET MALL.

2)Contest will run from 11th to 20th February 2022.

3) Selfies/ Photos of you with your friends or family (with the background of our Valentine's Day set up at the mall) and send the photo to our Instagram page through a direct message.

4) All entries will be uploaded for contesting to our Instagram page. Judging of each entry, thereafter, will be based on the cumulative count of likes garnered from Barari Outlet Mall's Instagram, against each entry. Like counting ends on 20th February 2022.

5) This competition is for UAE Residents only. (Please note once selected you will be asked to submit a copy of your Emirates Id for verification purposes)

6) Competition will be based on the obtained likes, the participant with the maximum likes will be considered eligible to win. In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the mall management will be considered final and binding.

7) BARARI OUTLET MALL reserves all the rights to qualify/disqualify an entry or determine the likes garnered for a participant entry. Auto likes are disqualified.

8) BARARI OUTLET MALL reserves the right to make any change to the contest mechanics at any point of time.

9) Winners will be announced on the official social media channels of BARARI OUTLET MALL and will be notified through message or email.

10) Prizes are not transferable and Prizes must be collected by the winner (Participant) from BARARI OUTLET MALL any day between 9 am to 5 pm except Fridays after receiving the first email notification from BARARI OUTLET MALL. Winners should collect their respective prizes within 2 weeks of notification, after which it will be forfeited.

11) Contestants are aware, acknowledge and accept that their name, video, and photographs may be used by BARARI OUTLET MALL Management in current or future promotions through different mediums like Newspapers, TV Ads, Flyers as well as Social Media Platforms, etc.

12) No foul language or obscene image or unsociable behavior will be entertained in BARARI OUTLET MALL or on the BARARI OUTLET MALL page during the contest period.

13) Mall Management reserves the right to promote/post images of contest winners receiving their prizes.

14) All contact information received as part of our contests and related activities will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party. The information may be used by us, however, to update fans about the latest offers, deals, and other marketing purposes.

15) Mall Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, postpone or cancel the events without any notice.

16) This competition is not open to any staff or family members of Lulu Group and Line Investments & Properties, mall tenant staff, or anyone professionally connected with this event/promotion.
