Terms & conditions:
1) By participating in the contest, you, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Competition Rules by BARARI OUTLET MALL.
2)Contest will run from 10th to 22nd February 2023.(Participation Period: 10th to 17th Feb 2023 & Voting Period: 18th to 22nd Feb 2023)
3) Selfies/ Photos of you with your friends or family (with the background of our Valentine's Day set up at the mall) should be uploaded through the contest app mentioned in the social media contest post during the participation period from 10th to 17th Feb 2023.
4) The deadline to submit a photo for the contest is 17th Feb 2023.
5) The uploaded photo will be displayed in the gallery of the contest app after review by the admin, which may take up to 24 hours. If the image is not approved (e.g. due to poor clarity, using last year's photo, etc.), you can view the admin's comment in your contest app dashboard.
6) Your submitted photo can be updated until it receives approval from the administrator. Once approved, it cannot be updated.
7) Voting runs from 18th to 22nd Feb 2023. You can encourage friends to vote for your entry on the app during the voting period by sharing the link of your photo in the gallery with them.
8) This competition is for UAE Residents only. (Please note once selected you will be asked to submit a copy of your Emirates Id for verification purposes)
9) Competition will be based on a voting system, where the participant with the maximum votes will be considered eligible to win. In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the mall management will be considered final and binding.
10) BARARI OUTLET MALL reserves the right to make any change to the contest mechanics at any point of time.
11) Winners will be announced on the official social media channels of BARARI OUTLET MALL and will be notified through message, email, or call.
12) Ensure the details provided in the contest app, particularly the phone number and email ID, are correct.
13) Prizes are not transferable and Prizes must be collected by winner (Participant) from BARARI OUTLET MALL any day between 9 am to 5 pm except Sundays after receiving the first email notification or call from BARARI OUTLET MALL. Winners should collect their respective prizes within 2 weeks of notification, after which it will be forfeited.
14) Contestants are aware, acknowledge and accept that their name, video, and photographs may be used by BARARI OUTLET MALL Management in current or future promotions through different mediums like Newspapers, TV Ads, Flyers as well as Social Media Platforms etc.
15) No foul language or obscene image or unsociable behavior will be entertained in BARARI OUTLET MALL or on the BARARI OUTLET MALL page during the contest period.
16) Mall Management reserves the rights to promote/post images of contest winners receiving their prizes.
17) All contact information received as part of our contests and related activities will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party. The information may be used by us however, to update fans about latest offers, deals, and other marketing purposes.
18) Mall Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and postpone or cancel the events without any notice.
19) This competition is not open to any staff or family member of Lulu Group and Line Investments & Properties, mall tenant staff, or anyone professionally connected with this event/promotion.
20) The Mall Management has the sole discretion to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent or unethical practices without the need for explanation.
